Upcycled Jewelry Workshop

WHEN:

Sun October 9th 2016
Ended

WHERE:

Brooklyn

WHAT:

"Learn to upcycle old jewelry with Alyson Jon. Using basic jewelry making techniques such as knotting, creating pendants and using jump rings, you will be taught how to salvage good stuff from old jewelry to make something new. You will learn to work like a designer by using what you have and learning to design within boundaries. This workshop is a great exercise for getting creative juices flowing. All materials are provided, but bring in your own discarded jewelry if you have it. If you bring your own, brooches, old earrings and beaded necklaces work well for this exercise. The fancier the better to make a truly interesting piece. Say goodbye to your junk drawer of jewelry!"
