UKFT Cybersecurity Seminar

WHEN:

Thu October 13th 2016
Ended

WHERE:

London

WHAT:

"In the wake of data security breaches by brands such as TalkTalk, Argos, Sony, Kiddicare etc - cyber is the hot risk issue of the day. It has been a critical consideration in risk management and corporate governance for some time, but now the theft of data on an industrial scale and the high profile risk exposure demonstrates just how severe the consequences are. Not only do data security breaches cause significant reputational damage, but they also put individuals at risk, cause significant loss, expose companies to claims and fines, and waste management time. Organisations that fail to manage a data security breach effectively and respond in a strategic manner will suffer an exacerbated short and long-term impact."
