Designer Randi Mates brings her experience as a design historian and a classical goldsmith into her work. Metals and stones are mixed with impunity, seeking to create a feeling of richness and tactility rather than adhere strictly to notions of value. This jewels appear to be both modern and ancient.

🍀Chicmi loves Aesa's truly ethical jewlery-making process: they recycle their metals, know the origin of their gems and minerals when possible, use mercury-free mining of gems and gold.

This event will also include Aesa award winning, one-of-a-kind homewares collections of glass and mineral candlesticks hand-made in NYC as well as all-natural sculptural beeswax candles made by a family of famous religious candles makers in Oaxaca, Mexico.
