ALICIA SWIM swimwear fabric is made in Italy using Econyl, a high quality yarn created from fishing nets intercepted in coastal areas. Instead of ending up in landfill or endangering marine animals, ALICIA SWIM uses Econyl to protect our sea while celebrate the wonder and happiness it brings to us.

ALICIA SWIM works with local community in Mauritius for manufacturing and tailoring. All pieces are cut, sewn and finished by the hands of Mauritius women, and NOT on an assembly line. Transparency and working on fair-trade basis is the ethos of ALICIA SWIM.

About Ukraine Crisis Appeal

"Eight years of armed conflict in eastern Ukraine has already killed thousands of civilians and put millions in need of humanitarian assistance. Full-scale war in Ukraine will have catastrophic consequences. More than 500,000 people have fled Ukraine in response to Russia's invasion, and up to 4 million could follow. The COVID-19 pandemic is an added challenge for communities where violence and uncertainty takes a heavy toll. All donations to the GlobalGiving Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund will support humanitarian assistance in impacted communities in Ukraine and surrounding regions where Ukrainian refugees have fled. GlobalGiving's local partners are bringing relief to terrified and displaced communities, and they need resources to continue their life-saving work."
