Store Terms & Returns Policy

We hope you love your new pieces, but if you wish to return anything, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us, you will have a further 14 days to return the items.

Items must be returned clean, unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and tights cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned once removed from their packaging. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is intact.

The cost of the return is your responsibility unless items are faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Buying on CHICMI is safe, and you're protected!

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!

Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
