For deliveries to:
USA: No tax / duty
Canada: Subject to GST / HST.

Note that there may be extra shipping charges for customers in very remote areas (according to DHL delivery map) - in which case b&t will contact you and you can confirm that you are happy to proceed.

Once the parcel has been shipped out to the given address, if the client changes the address or made a mistake, and that DHL for X reason charges us an extra fee, this extra fee (if occurred) will be charged back to the customer.
