Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all sales during our sample sale are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is received damaged.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following steps:

Report Damage: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by emailing info@eorugs.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged area.

Return Authorization: Once your damage claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note that any damage caused by improper handling after delivery or general wear and tear will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
