RETURNS: please email us within 14 working days from the date of receipt to floandsueuk@gmail.com. Returns must be received within 30 working days of date of purchase. We will refund your order for the full product value once it is received back to us within 14 working days of the date we received the items. Please note, the postage & packaging will not be refunded, just the value of the item(s) in the order.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all the floandsue.com tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted.

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!
Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
