Terms & Returns Policy
SALES & DELIVERY
All sales come beautifully gift-wrapped in tissue paper, free of additional charge.
All Australian & New Zealand deliveries will be shipped via DHL or Royal Mail, and then passed on to your national postal service.
It's FREE when you spend £150 or more; or £13.50 on orders under £150
All orders are collected at a distance, and can be delivered at a safe proximity without contact.
Please note, as The Bias Cut is a UK based company, all international orders - including to the US, Australia & New Zealand - may be subject to duties and taxes by the local customs authority. Import duties and taxes are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. You are responsible for the calculation and charges. The amount of duties, customs, and taxes are determined by the country, and we do not collect any duties or taxes during the order transaction process.
To place an order, you must give
(a) your personal details including your real name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number and any other information we may request; and
(b) your payment details which you warrant are true, valid and current.You may pay by credit or debit card or, in certain agreed circumstances, by bank transfer or cash.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion and without giving any reason to:
(a) refuse any order you place with us
(b) limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per order, per household, per billing address or per shipping address
(c) refuse to sell our products to any person in a specific geographic region or jurisdiction.
Once a pre-authorisation check of your payment card (if any is being used) and any other checks we consider appropriate have been carried out, if those checks are satisfactory and your order is otherwise acceptable to us we shall send you an email confirming our acceptance of your order in respect of the available items in it and giving the estimated delivery date to the address you have provided for delivery. Please note that from this point there is a legally binding contract between us but you may have a right to cancel your order and other rights to return or exchange items in your order as set out in the Terms. Your rights to return an item under the Terms are in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of the product price paid. To obtain a refund under this policy we must receive your request to make a return no later than 15 DAYS beginning with the day the item was delivered to you.
We will not be responsible for shipping costs of the return, and delivery charges you paid us are not refundable unless applicable either to a damaged, defective or incorrect item. We do not refund any local import duties or tax you paid.
You must return the item in perfect saleable condition with all tags and labels, whether ours and/or the designers and/or the manufacturers, still attached and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged and/or will not protect the item(s) securely, you must provide your own secure packaging at your own cost. We will not make a refund for any item that has been stained or otherwise damaged or soiled while in your care or has been worn or altered or is not in its original undamaged packaging. In this case we shall return the item to you at your own cost.
KEEPING YOU & OUR TEAM SAFE
At present none of our team have any recorded cases of coronavirus, and we are all adhering to the World Health Organisation's advice on hygiene best practices. We are able to work remotely, we process every order internally, and we are in a fortunate position that we have sole and private access to our warehouse. So we are able to continue with business as normal.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting coronavirus.
Returns are available for this product for 14 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original state.
You will be able to email us to request a return, and we will provide instructions for packaging and sending the return. Unless the product is faulty, we will not be responsible for shipping costs of the return.
