Orders are shipped with FedEx under the incoterm DAP (Delivery at Place).

To USA: No tax and duty for purchases below $800.
To Canada: Subject to GST / HST.

Remote locations may be subject to extra charges – customer will be informed prior to the shipping to confirm the extra-fee or cancellation. (*remote addresses defined by our carriers / DHL)

Once the parcel has been shipped out to the given address, if the client changes the address or made a mistake, and that DHL for X reason charges us an extra fee, this extra fee (if occurred) will be charged back to the customer.

For USA/Canada/Asia: All sales are final.
